Chateau du Doux

This was one of my favorite weddings last year.

I’m not doing publicity here for the chateau but mainly for myself and my son  http://charlietyrrellsmith.com who provided the music on this occasion.

The chateau is a bit of a treck but once you’re there it’s definitely worth the trouble.

Perched up on a hill with the most magnificant views of Beaulieu sur Dordogne it is a truly wonderful find.

Here are Georgia and Scott’s testimonials for both Charlie and myself.

Needless to say it was a Scottish wedding 🙂

“Sandie was so pleasant to deal with in the build-up to our wedding which was a huge bonus having one less thing to worry about whilst juggling so much. On the day itself Sandie’s relaxed and calming nature really shone through putting everyone at ease whilst helping to create a seamlessly flowing ceremony, which considering there was no rehearsal is testament to how effective Sandie was able to deliver a simple, elegant and beautifully written service. It was unforgettable and we would like to thank Sandie for helping to create such wonderful memories.”

“What can we say… Charlie was a huge hit. From the beautiful acoustic rendition of a newly learned song that we had requested to the big group sing-a-long after the service. We would not hesitate to recommend Charlie. The perfect wedding singer!”
